Booksigning & Discussion with Sue Glader, Author of "Nowhere Hair"

On Tuesday September 21st from 5:30-7:30pm

Join us as we welcome local author Sue Glader and celebrate the release of her new book "Nowhere Hair." Sue poses the question? How do we (or don’t we?) talk to our children about a cancer diagnosis in the family?

For women with a cancer diagnosis, or for family and friends looking for a way to help, Nowhere Hair gently explains life during chemotherapy and addresses the biggest concerns of children ages 3-7. "Everyday, families with young children ask us for help
in talking to their children about cancer, hair loss, and surgery. How wonderful to be able to give them this charming and beautifully illustrated storybook."

Dr. Laura Esserman, Director of the UCSF Breast Care Center.

This special event is being co-sponsored by Nancy's List

"I got lemons.  This is my lemonade."
