Acupunture
Traditional Chinese Medicinal Theory is a systematic study of the observable natural laws of the universe and the implications for our relationship to the universe. It encompasses the whole being considering 12 regular and 8 extra ordinary meridians and treating disease mental & emotional disorders, enhancing sports performance and improving general health.
Acupuncture is used to restore and maintain optimum health through the stimulation of specific points on the body’s meridians by the insertion of sterile, disposable, solid, metal, hair fine needles though the skin. Diagnosis consists of a question and answer session, the observation of the tongue, and the palpation of the pulses. Once a diagnosis has been made the modalities of treatment will be discussed.
First appointments usually take 2 hours and follow up visits are about 1 ½ hours.
